Reset password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the Forgotten Password link at the login page. The next steps are:

1. Enter your email address used in registration or when you placed an order.

2. You will receive an email to reset your password. Follow the link to change your password.

3. You will receive another email to confirm the change with your username.

4. Login with your username (not email address) and your new password.

However, if you do not remember which email address you have used previously, you will not be able to reset it. Please get in touch with us and provide us more details and we can assist you further.
