In general, if the order is under normal processing time, then it should be fine to make design changes within the first day. However if you want to make changes to the product, then it might not be possible.


If your order is not printed yet, then we will be glad to update the design as requested.


To submit the new design, you will need to navigate to "my account" and "purchases", followed by selecting the order and "reorder".

This will add the design(s) back into your cart and you can "edit" the design.

Then you can proceed to make the changes, save the layout, and let us know what is the layout name so we can replace this in your order.
